Due to car park server upgrades Wilsons/IPG has identified there has been an issue with staff parking charges.
Since 15 October 2025 staff parking fees have not been deducted from Parkcharge accounts.
The issue has now been resolved, and staff parking accounts have been back-charged for parking transactions incurred since 15 October 2025. This means that some staff parking accounts may now have a negative balance.
If your staff parking account is in a negative balance, please top-up at your earliest convenience. For ease of access, staff in a negative balance will still be able to enter and exit the car park to provide time to arrange top-ups. Parking accounts need to be in a positive balance, which means there is sufficient funds in the account to cover the back charges.
We apologise for the inconvenience incurred by the delay in charges.
