Religious Support & Services

The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) has a multi-faith chaplaincy team, provided by Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH). The multi-faith chaplaincy team offers spiritual, religious and pastoral care to staff and families of all faiths or none.

24-Hour On-Call Service:

The SCGH chaplaincy team offers a 24-hour on-call service, available every day of the year. Whether you seek guidance, comfort, or simply someone to talk to, SCGH chaplains are here to assist you in times of need.

Chapels and Prayer Facilities:

  • The Chapel: Located in the E Block (Ground floor) of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, the Chapel is open to all for prayer and reflection. Regular Christian services are scheduled here.
  • Muslim Prayer Hall: For our Muslim community, a dedicated Muslim Prayer Hall is situated on the first floor of the E Block in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

Connecting with Faith Leaders:

SCGH chaplains are also available to assist you in connecting with leaders of various denominations and faiths. If you require spiritual guidance from a specific religious tradition, SCGH chaplaincy services are here to facilitate that connection.
