SmartRider Services
For those needing a new Transperth SmartRider or wishing to top up an existing card, visit Australia Post, located within the convenience store on the ground floor of E Block. Staff will assist with issuing new cards and adding credit to existing ones.
Bike Services & Corporate SmartRider Appointments
Bike Dr: Staff members can book their bike in for a free service with our bike mechanic who visits the QEIIMC once a month. Please note that places are limited due to high demand.
