Getting to and around the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) will soon be more convenient than ever. While the TravelSmart Junction has permanently closed, the QEIIMC Trust is working towards rolling out digital kiosks to provide patients, visitors, and staff with 24/7 access to our services.

SmartRider Services

For those needing a new SmartRider or wishing to top up an existing card, visit Australia Post, located within the convenience store on the ground floor of E Block. Staff will assist with issuing new cards and adding credit to existing ones.

Bike Services & Corporate SmartRider Appointments

• Bike Dr: Staff can still book their bikes in for a free service with Bike Dr.
• Corporate SmartRider: Employees can schedule an appointment with the TravelSmart team to obtain a Corporate SmartRider and access available incentives.
