Affecting staff and visitors, please be aware that from the first service on Thursday 22 January until the morning of Sunday 22 February, the Midland Line will undergo a shutdown between Bassendean and Midland stations, to facilitate essential works in preparation for the opening of the new Midland Station on Sunday 22 February.
Trains between Perth and Bassendean will continue to operate to timetabled services during the shutdown. Airport and Ellenbrook Line services will continue to operate to timetabled services. There will be nightly closures on the Midland, Ellenbrook and Airport lines during the shutdown.

Train Replacement buses
During the shutdown, Train Replacement Route 901 will operate between Bassendean and Midland. Since buses operate on roads instead of dedicated tracks, they take longer and are affected by traffic. Please note that normal ticking applies to all train replacement bus services.

Passengers are encouraged to visit Midland Line Shutdown for further details.
