Fur, feathers and flowers? No, it’s not a strange and mythic creature! It’s our beautiful new QEIIMC mural painted by talented local artist, Brenton See.
Visit the south-western corner of campus to check out Chase the Colour: a vibrant, detailed artwork that celebrates our local flora and fauna. It features all sorts of wonderful plants and animals including the Carnaby’s Cockatoo, Pink Fairy Orchid, Motorbike Frog, Stinkwood Quenda, Firewood Banksia, Red-tailed Black Cockatoo and more. The mural is on the southern wall of the Western Power Sub Station. Make time to have a gander and see what else you can discover!
